Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

The New Patient Coordinator will own the management and follow up for all incoming leads, patient meeting inquiries, new patient outreach, and is responsible for providing exceptional patient communication and building customer relationships. They will be responsible for articulating the company’s value proposition and what sets us apart as a leader in cellular medicine.

Outside of lead management, this position will also be responsible for scheduling meetings, acting as liaison for incoming phone calls, occasional attendance at community networking events and spearheading initiatives to generate new sources of inbound leads.

Essential Functions

  • Answering all inbound calls; ensuring backup for calls is in place when not available.
  • Ability to answer any questions asked during inbound calls or calling/emailing a patient back if an answer is not known during a call. Clear and concise communication of MTC’s core values and product/service offerings.
  • Professional and timely follow-up on inbound leads according to department policies.
  • Post event follow-up with event attendees and potential patients including the collection of contact information from MTC employees in attendance at the event
  • Outreach to new outbound lead opportunities.
  • Communication with new and existing patients through Live Chat function to answer questions and schedule consultation.
  • Manage data within the CRM system – tracking leads, contacts, etc.
  • Scheduling meetings with patients on appropriate coworkers’ calendars.
  • Collect payment information and charge accordingly.

Support Job Functions

  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to identify patient needs, determine scope of opportunity and offer real time support to patients that call with questions or problems.
  • Problem solving and filtering patient requests across departments in real-time.
  • Functioning as back-up support for the Patient Services Team, which may include answering phones, assisting with check-in/check-out and completing other administrative duties as assigned.
