At Medical Transformation Center, we are looking for a Guest Services and Experience Specialist to serve as the face and ambassador of our center. This isn't just an administrative role; it is the anchor of our client experience. Sitting at the front of our beautiful space, you will welcome each client with warmth and grace, ensuring they feel relaxed, comfortable, and pampered from the moment they step through our doors.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Main Responsibilities & Curated Experiences
- Elevated Guest Welcome: Act as the premier host for our center. Greet arriving clients warmly, orchestrate a seamless check-in experience, offer refreshments, and curate a serene environment that instantly lowers stress.
- White-Glove Communication: Handle high-end client inquiries, phone calls, and digital communications with the utmost poise, articulation, and discretion.
- Seamless Schedule Management: Oversee our client booking system—including scheduling complex appointments, managing waitlists, and coordinating provider calendars to optimize day-to-day operations seamlessly.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Confidently articulate our innovative cellular medicine approach to prospective clients, guiding them on what to expect for their journey.
- Bespoke Administrative Oversight: Manage VIP and standard client portfolios, ensuring all intake forms, internal clinical reports, and medical records are meticulously organized, accurate, and completely secure.
- Financial Services: Seamlessly handle private client billing, account updates, card-on-file verifications, and financial transactions with flawless accuracy and discretion.
- Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with our physicians, practitioners, and clinical staff to anticipate client needs and keep the daily schedule moving flawlessly.
Experience & Refined Skillset
- The Luxury Standard: Proven experience in a high-end, luxury, or white-glove customer service environment (e.g., luxury boutique hotels, fine dining, premium wellness spas, or high-touch concierge medical centers).
- Education: College degree preferred, or an equivalent track record of outstanding experiential excellence.
- Tech-Savvy & Organized: Highly proficient with modern scheduling software, database management, and general administrative suites. Prior exposure to medical terminology or Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a major plus, but not required for the right service-driven professional.
- Exceptional Poise: The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage high-vibe, fast-paced days without ever letting a client see you sweat.
