A Passion To Give My Best!
I am Dr. Carl Paige. I didn’t set out to become a pioneer in cellular medicine. Like many physicians, I began my career in a traditional primary care practice serving thousands of patients, managing chronic conditions, and navigating the complexities of insurance-driven healthcare. My journey into cellular and regenerative medicine began in a very personal way with my wife Terri’s health crisis.
Following the birth of our children, Terri endured multiple surgeries resulting in a cascade of health challenges that traditional medicine couldn’t explain or resolve. Despite consulting specialists and following conventional protocols, her symptoms persisted. She had immune dysregulation and gut health issues that pills just weren’t helping. She finally kicked me in the rear and told me I had to figure this out.
That’s really when I began exploring cellular and regenerative medicine. It became the catalyst for a change in how I approach my patients and their medical issues and led to the founding of Medical Transformation Center – which is based on the principles of cellular and regenerative medicine.
We don’t just treat symptoms. In cellular medicine we look at the whole person and aim to uncover the root cause of illness then build treatment protocols that improve health.

How We Do Things at Medical Transformation Center
Our process starts with a deep diagnostic dive into lifestyle, environmental exposures, chronic infections, nutrition, mitochondrial function, genetics, and epigenetics to better understand the medical issues someone is facing.
The process is deeply personalized. After reviewing diagnostic data with the patient, the team creates a tailored management and recovery plan, supported by ongoing communication, staff follow-up, and education. It’s not ‘take this pill and come back in four months,’ it’s a partnership.
Cellular medicine is not a rejection of traditional medicine, it provides a way to enhance and add to the toolbox. We use traditional conventional diagnostic tools, refer to specialists when needed, and require patients to maintain a primary care relationship. We’re not here to replace traditional care, we’re here to augment it.
