FAQ

Find answers to your most frequently asked questions about Medical Transformation Center.

Do you take insurance for office visits?

We do not bill, code or collect insurance. You may use your Flex Spending or Health Savings Account to help pay for the office visit or a regenerative therapy. We provide a receipt for provider services.

Will insurance cover my labs and testing?

We use outside providers for this service who may accept insurance. You could have the option to pay directly or through an insurance provider.

Will insurance cover my medication?

Custom compounded medications and peptides are often not covered due to not being considered essential care.

Do you see children as patients?

Yes! We see patients of all ages.

Do I need to fast for my labs?

Yes, you should fast for 10-12 hours. Please hold your supplements 24 hours prior to your lab draw. Make sure you are well hydrated! If you are taking Thyroid replacement medications or any hormones, you will want to hold those the night before and the morning of your lab draw.

Do I need to print out my lab orders?

You can find your Lab orders under the documents section in your patient portal. We recommend printing and taking your lab orders in most cases.

When will I get my lab results?

Lab results typically finalize 3-4 weeks after testing is done. The results are automatically downloaded to your patient portal. The results are reviewed prior to your visit and if for any reason there is a critical lab result, the office will contact you. All results will be discussed at your next provider appointment.

When will I get my peptide therapy order?

You can expect a normal delivery to arrive within 7-10 business days after your order is placed. However, holidays and inclement weather can cause unexpected delays.

I received my peptide, but I need help with my injections.

You can call the office to request an appointment (at no charge) with our clinical staff to show you how to give yourself an injection.

How do I request a medication refill?

Contact your pharmacy directly. In order to simplify and streamline our service to you, we will handle any confirmation needs with your pharmacy directly within 2 business days.

How do I request a Peptide refill?

For all Peptide Therapy refill requests and questions regarding order status, please send a message through the portal to the “Peptide Therapy” message box. For these requests, you need to provide the following information in the message box in order to not delay your order being processed:

✔️Peptide Name/Strength requested - i.e. Semaglutide, CJC/Ipamorelin, Thymulin, Tirzepatide, GHK-Cu, etc.
✔️Current dosage - Number of units/sprays and how often
✔️Last four digits of credit card - This gives us authorization to charge your current card on file
✔️Delivery address/Dates - If delivery is not to address on file and dates of upcoming travel that may affect delivery
