What is Cooking with Terri?

Learn to cook Paleo-Mediterranean friendly menus featuring seasonal ingredients!

Get expert guidance on how to sustainably (and easily) implement the Paleo-Mediterranean diet into your life. Terri Paige, Certified Lifestyle Coach with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, Fellow of the Seed's Scientific Research and Performance Group, which focuses on clinical applications of Cellular Medicine, MTC TransformLifesyle and TransformWeight Facilitator and excellent all-around cook, will show you how to make delicious meals in a small group setting.

Classes will take place in the MTC test kitchen and are limited to 8-people, allowing for a personalized gathering and space for you to get to know others and get answers.

Terri will use seasonal ingredients to create delicious, sometimes themed, dishes! You'll watch her cook, asking any questions along the way.

Afterward, you'll all eat the meal together, continuing conversations related to the Paleo-Med diet and lifestyle. This is a great time to get personally-tailored advice and guidance, meet other people interested in the Paleo-Med approach and get direct access to Terri!
