Theresa Pierce
Theresa Pierce is the lead nurse of the IV and Emsella lounge, assisting patients with these and other procedures. She is an RN, HN-BC (Holistic Nurse-Board Certified) and holds certifications in CPR and Basic Life Support. Committed to helping patients as they seek to improve their health and wellness, Theresa enjoys being part of a health community that is dedicated to whole-patient, individualized treatment plans.
She loves the family atmosphere and excitement of Disney Parks and cherishes the historical sites in Charleston, South Carolina, where she can also be found relaxing on the beach.
Linda Jansing
A natural born helper, Linda Jansing is Executive Assistant to CEO Terri Paige. She is an integral part of Medical Transformation Center, supporting its mission and helping to facilitate the vision and goals of the organization.
Linda enjoys volunteering for various organizations in Louisville, attending performances by local bands around town, and dancing, which she says is a great stress reliever. She is mom to an adult son, Zak.
Lisa Pence
Lisa Pence is an essential part of Business Administration, Purchasing and Office Support at Medical Transformation Center. She began working with Dr. Paige and Terri in their primary care practice. She has an A.A.S. in Production Management from UofL, a BS in Business Administration from Spalding University, and a Certificate in Health Insurance Billing and Coding. Lisa admires how MTC is always improving and providing patients with the latest innovations and procedures.
When not improving operations and patient care here at MTC, she treasures spending time with her family, gardening, singing and being outdoors.
Sara Kelley
As our Patient Services Team Lead, Sara Kelley ensures that you receive the utmost quality from our team. With twenty plus years of working in healthcare support and leadership, she enjoys being a liaison between the patient and the provider in order to optimize care. Sara is excited to be part of a team that offers patients cutting-edge treatments and the ability to take charge of their health in new ways.
Outside the office, she volunteers at the local Humane Society, sees live music and theater, and is the mother of two young men in college and high school.
Stephanie Russ
Stephanie Russ, a Patient Services Specialist, supports our patients as a New Patient Intake Assessment and Regenerative Device Appointment Coordinator. She loves being a part of a team that is 100% committed to assisting each patient in their health journey. For her, the most rewarding part of working here is hearing patient testimonies on what a difference MTC has made in their lives.
In her free time, she enjoys yoga, being on the water and spending time with her family.
Christine Seay
Christine is a member of our Patient Services Team, bringing excellent care to the Front Office. Originally drawn to MTC as a patient who achieved success in our first TransformWeight program, she now cherishes being a part of the MTC team and seeing patients' transformation journeys evolve with each visit.
She also enjoys walking and hiking with her dog, reading, and traveling with her husband. A multi-faceted woman, Christine makes luxuriously scented candles - and they truly are wonderful! She has three grown children living in Colorado and loves visiting them (and the mountains) as much as she can!
Mara Clayton
Mara is a Licensed Aesthetician bringing a pampering and expert touch to all of our regenerative device and aesthetic services. She loves working at MTC because of how much the Providers and Team care about each and every patient, truly relishing all of the stories from patients about how MTC has changed their lives.
Mara prizes helping people look and feel their best. She enjoys travel and hopes to see the world as well as her son, 2 daughters and 1 granddaughter as much as she can.
Kim Mikels
Kim is our Financial Data Analyst, helping Medical Transformation Center run efficiently, holding a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Texas A&M - Texarkana. Through her own health journey, she has come to appreciate the value of a more integrative and functional approach. She's thrilled to be a part of bringing similar benefits to others.
Kim cherishes time with her 2 adult daughters and 2 grandchildren living in Arkansas as well as her 120 lb "lap dog" named Duke.
Molly Hasty
Molly brings an extensive medical background to her role as a Medical Assistant. Her own health journey with Dr. Paige inspired Molly to join MTC. She experienced firsthand the transformative power of integrative functional medicine and is passionate about supporting patients on their journey to wellness and recovery. Molly has been happily married to her best friend for over 26 years and the proud mother of two beautiful children. She also loves spoiling their two rambunctious goldendoodles.
Kristi Willoughby
Kristi serves as one of the first voices new patients hear when beginning a journey at MTC. She enjoys working at MTC because of the innovative approach to healthcare and commitment to personalized medicine. The energizing team environment and supportive leadership inspires her to grow both personally and professionally while making a meaningful impact on patient quality of life.
When not at work, Kristi loves dancing, cooking, fishing and spending time with her eight grandchildren.
Brian Eichenberger
Brian Eichenberger is the Director of Marketing. He is an experienced communicator who has built a career out of telling stories that connect with people. Possessing a background that spans traditional media, podcasting, nonprofit and healthcare, Brian is always seeking ways to help people effectively talk about what matters most to them. He loves amplifying the inspiring work being done at MTC.
In his spare time, Brian is an amateur music historian, live music enthusiast and show promoter, and an active member in the leadership of the American Advertising Federation of Louisville.
JonAnn Johnston
JonAnn has a 30 year background as a certified ophthalmic technician and surgical coordinator. She loves being part of a team that is truly dedicated to the health and wellbeing of patients, and that is able to utilize resources not available to mainstream medicine. JonAnn enjoys spending time with her two sons and their families and is passionate about creating memories and adventures with her five grandchildren.
Kelsey Nichelson
Kelsey joined MTC after working in psychiatric nursing and substance abuse/recovery because she connected with the personalized and comprehensive approach to patient care. She loves building relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes focused on root cause and not just symptoms.
Outside of the office, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her fiancé, friends, and two dogs, playing pickleball, traveling to Missouri to visit family, and planning her upcoming wedding.
Mackenzie Carr
After going through her own health journey and losing more than 60 pounds and counting, Mackenzie joined MTC hoping to make big differences in peoples lives. Mackenzie brings with her a background working as a Patient Care Technician at The Little Clinic and a passion for helping people become the healthiest version of themselves.
In her free time, Mackenzie enjoys reading, spending time with her best friend and husband, and listening to Mel Robbins at the gym.
