What to Expect During an Emsella Treatment

Emsella treatments involve sitting an Emsella chair while remaining completely clothed. These 28-minute sessions start with a slight tingling and vibration sensation in your pelvic floor muscles that then transition into full contractions. The strength of these contractions can be individually-adjusted to suit you, titrating to ensure that you are comfortable at all times.

You’ll remain positioned with your spine straight, feet flat on the floor and legs at a 90-degree angle. You’ll sit in the middle of the chair with your knees about shoulder width apart.
