4 oz dark chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life)
1/2 cup salted butter
1 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup cacao powder
4 large eggs
Preheat oven to 375 and grease springform pan with avocado cooking spray.
Melt chocolate chips and butter over double boiler.
Combine coconut sugar, eggs and cacao powder in large bowl, then add slightly cooled melted chocolate mixture.
Pour batter into pan, and bake until center looks firm, about 20-25 minutes.
Cool cake completely, then remove ring.
I serve this with a dollop of coconut whip and fresh raspberries and garnish with mint!
